Watercolor Painting Inspired by Claude Monet for Beginners taught by Jana Komaritsa

Virtual Event Virtual Event

April 24 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

This class is inspired by the French artist, who is called the “father of impressionism”.  Claude Monet started a new movement in painting and rethought the light and air space – in his works air, color and light play the main role. In this class we will paint a beautiful painting, inspired by Monet’s famous work “Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies” using watercolor! Our experienced artist and instructor Jana Komaritsa will tell you everything about the materials for painting, will show the basic principles of mixing and applying paints and guide you through all the main stages of creating a painting in the style of Claude Monet. This is a beginner’s class and no experience is required!
