Perspective is for more than just drawing architecture! Do you draw people? Animals? Flowers in still life? Do you drawings come out looking “off,” and you can’t figure out why? Perspective is most likely to blame. In this hands-on intensive class, you will learn the basics of creating technical drawings, including accurate perspective drawing for the absolute beginner. We’ll learn how to use a variety of tools for technically accurate perspective drawings, and also how to use just pencil, paper and a few simple rules to honor perspective in quick and easy drawings. Finally, we’ll test how far we can push those rules before “charming” becomes “wonky!”
