Perspective is for more than just drawing architecture! Do you draw people? Animals? Flowers in still life? Do your drawings come out looking “off,” and you can’t figure out why? Perspective is most likely to blame! In this hands-on perspective class for the absolute beginner, you will learn the rules of perspective and how to honor them in your drawings. We’ll also explore how artists push the rules of perspective, so you can build confidence to treat perspective like a tool you can choose to use, instead of a cage that stops you from drawing.
Classes have a limited space available and some fill quickly. Decisions about whether to cancel a class or add another session are typically made one week prior to the start of a class. If a class you are interested in is full we will have a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 registrations) all registrations will be promptly refunded.
