Origami: Foundations of Folding taught by Erik Riese
October 30, 2025 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Have you ever looked at a simple folded form and thought that looks easy? Then tried to follow the instructions from a package of origami papers you bought and realized you can’t decipher the diagrams and symbols? This is the class for you!
Once a month accomplished folder Erik Riese will tutor beginners and intermediate folders.
Each class begins with student skill assessment and includes skill appropriate exercises. Books, tools, and completed forms will be available for browsing. When you leave you will have a basic understanding of origami or your skill set will be improved.

Please bring basic 15cm (5 7/8″) double-sided origami squares. Available for purchase at Wet Paint.
Classes have a limited space available and some fill quickly. Decisions about whether to cancel a class or add another session are typically made one week prior to the start of a class. If a class you are interested in is full we will have a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 registrations) all registrations will be promptly refunded.
Ticket Instruction: You must choose a quantity to activate “get tickets”. To pay for a class registration with a Wet Paint gift card, please call 651-698-6431
