The Traveling Art Journal taught by Molly Anthony
June 7 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
IN PERSON CLASS
It’s fun to work in our art journals at home with all our supplies readily available, but what about when we go on vacation or want to take our journals along on a day trip? We’ll talk about ways to choose which supplies to bring and how to pack them for easy travel as well as tips for working on the go. We’ll also spend some time setting up our journals and getting them ready for the road!

Supplies to bring:
- A journal or sketchbook
- A pen for writing
- Something to add color (watercolors, markers, water-soluble crayons, etc.)
- Any specific collage materials or travel ephemera you’d like to use
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Washi tape
Some shared supplies will be available for class use.
Classes have a limited space available and some fill quickly. Decisions about whether to cancel a class or add another session are typically made one week prior to the start of a class. If a class you are interested in is full we will have a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 registrations) all registrations will be promptly refunded.
Ticket Instruction: You must choose a quantity to activate “get tickets”. To pay for a class registration with a Wet Paint gift card, please call 651-698-6431

Molly Anthony is a writer and mixed-media artist and is also the co-facilitator for the MN Visual Journal Collective (a free monthly group for artists of all mediums hosted by Wet Paint). She loves exploring art in all forms and sharing her ideas with others, but through the pandemic and family struggles she learned the importance of using those practices for self-care. In her work and her teachings, she strives to embrace imperfection, focuses on process over product and is constantly looking for new ways to be curious about the world around her. You can find her artwork on Instagram at @mkranthony and on her website TheFoundArtWalk.com.
