Monthly Printmaking Series: Monotypes-Inspired by Nature taught by Diana Eicher

June 7, 2025 @ 10:00 am 12:30 pm

$52.00 Includes paper and shared use materials

IN PERSON

Are you looking forward to vibrancy of nature in summer? Are you interested in exploring floral and plant ideas through printmaking?  Learn how to use the plant leaves and/or create your own positive/negative stencil shapes of leaves from acetate for a more painterly approach. Monotypes are created by brushing or rolling ink on a plate or onto leaves to create your own unique print. Students can experiment with creating prints by using a printing press or print by hand. Techniques will be demonstrated and all materials will be provided. Non-toxic water based inks will be used.

Classes have a limited space available and some fill quickly. Decisions about whether to cancel a class or add another session are typically made one week prior to the start of a class. If a class you are interested in is full we will have a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 registrations) all registrations will be promptly refunded.

Ticket Instruction: You must choose a quantity to activate “get tickets”. To pay for a class registration with a Wet Paint gift card, please call 651-698-6431
