Flow & Stillness: A Mindful Watercolor Workshop taught by Jana Komaritsa
June 17 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
VIRTUAL CLASS Beginner-friendly watercolor
Step into a peaceful, restorative space where creativity becomes a form of self-care. In this gentle watercolor workshop, we’ll paint a serene landscape while slowing down and tuning into the present moment. Through the soft flow of water and pigment, you’ll explore different watercolor techniques.
Inspired by principles from art therapy, this session encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and personal expression rather than perfection. Watercolor pencils will add another layer of softness and control, helping to build confidence as your landscape unfolds.
