Fall Watercolor for Beginners taught by Jana Komaritsa

VIRTUAL CLASS
Join us for a relaxing watercolor painting class focused on the warm, vibrant beauty of autumn. In this session, you’ll learn how to create atmospheric scene with seasonal nature elements. You’ll learn how to mix warm tones, create smooth gradients, and use simple techniques to bring a the painting to life. This is a beginner-friendly workshop.
Material list for Watercolor painting
- Watercolor Paints (At least a basic set of colors)- pans or tubes that fits your budget.
- Standard set of brushes suitable for watercolor (synthetic and/or natural) (pointed round (4-10), flat or bright or filbert (8-12 or larger), detail round (1-2)
- Watercolor Paper pad or single sheets 140lb cold presses surface
- Smooth, sturdy surface to place paper on (if needed)
- Masking Tape (to tape the paper to the surface if needed)
- Palette (plastic or paper)
- Water Cup
- Paper towel or cloth
Classes have a limited space available and some fill quickly. Decisions about whether to cancel a class or add another session are typically made one week prior to the start of a class. If a class you are interested in is full we will have a waiting list and will contact you if a space opens up. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment (fewer than 4 registrations) all registrations will be promptly refunded.
