Creative Liner Brush Techniques for Art, Rosemaling, Other Folk Arts taught by Julie Anderson
January 24 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Learn liner brush techniques and practices that will improve your painting skills. We will discuss the different liner brushes and dive into linework configurations and use in folk art. These techniques can be applied in many types of painting but in folk art they are essential in the art. We’ll cover how to select what line work to do, what color, and what to do when painting from a pattern and your painting is turning out different. Class will be taught in acrylic paint. Oil painters are welcome.
This class is for anyone who wants to develop their liner brush skills and is encouraged for anyone who paints or wants to improve their skills with a liner brush. While not required, students are encouraged to have taken the brush stroke class.

Supply list will be emailed to registrants. All class materials are available for purchase from our store Wet Paint Artists’ Materials. We are open 10-6pm daily at 1684 Grand Avenue in St. Paul, MN or online at www.wetpaintart.com.
