OPEN TO ALL LEVELS, INCLUDING BEGINNERS
Create a wide assortment of artful mini compositions. Use watercolor, stamped images, painted papers, typeface, photos handwriting, cancelled postage stamps, vintage sheet music, old books, and your own stash of collected ephemera. Learn to choose, sort and arrange, guided by the principles and elements of design.
For items supplied by instructor: pre-cut watercolor paper card blanks, liquid watercolors, collage papers, metallic mediums, assorted ephemera items, instructional handouts, envelopes, joss paper, gesso, drafting tape, PVA, small paste brushes
Students bring: pencil, eraser, metal cork-backed ruler, small cutting mat, snap-off utility knife, colored pencils, rubber stamps, stamp pads, ½ to ¾”watercolor brush, water containers, glue stick, scissor, scrap papers for pasting. Optional: fine-pointed colored markers, watercolor set
This is an IN-PERSON indoor class.
