Acrylic Paint-A-Long: Effervescent Landscape! taught by Jodi Reeb

Color and Light in Winter? -Yes, please!
De-Stress and Tap into your creative side! Jodi will lead you through every brushstroke to create your very own masterpiece including color mixing, composition and painting techniques. This Effervescent landscape painting is on canvas and will be ready-to-hang! Fun to do with a friend or family member. No experience necessary!
You will need:
1.ACRYLIC PAINT -Professional grade in these colors:
Cobalt Blue OR Ultramarine Blue, Teal OR Turquoise, Red, Yellow, Titanium White, Mars Black.
Optional : Green and Orange (we can mix these)
Jodi highly recommends Golden Acrylic Paint. If you need to economize, Amsterdam Brand student grade acrylic paint is suitable.
2. SURFACE : 16″x20″ (12×16″ or 11×14″ can also work) gallery wrap stretched canvas like Tara Fredrix , Vincent Pro. , or Art Alternatives. Optional: Ampersand Gessobord 3/4″Cradled panels .
3. 1” (#10) FLAT BRUSH nylon bristle long handle, medium stiffness
Jodi recommends Silver Brush brand brushes. The Black Pearl brush will be just right. If you need to economize, or Princeton SNAP or Silverbrush Sweet Deals Packs (the 1″) are suitable.
4. GENERAL SUPPLIES:
– Paper towels
– Apron
– Covered table
– Water cup
– Paper plate for a palette or upgrade to a pad of disposable palette paper
