–3 Key Aspects of retirement
–Specs for Satisfaction that are as individual as you are
–Methods of staying organized the way your brain works and not the other way around
Our two hours of class time will be split between:
–Interactive and thoughtful exercises for clarity around your intentions for retirement
–Intro to components of Organizational Journaling (OJO) with digital and real-life samples
–Guided action steps toward your goals that circumvent perception and memory
–Dedicated time to ask questions and experiment in your own notebook
–Design layouts, trackers and project “containers” based on your individual situation
–Go home prepared with next steps
Arrive with a challenge and leave with a plan.
WHAT TO BRING:
–Current calendaring system (phone, calendar, whatever)
–A notebook from home or one purchased at Wet Paint before class
–Your own writing/drawing utensils of choice or use those provided by Wet Paint
–“Reflective journaling” and “Visual journaling” can be included in this process; “Organizational journaling” is something different and will be the focus of the class
