This class is dedicated to the painting technique – Pointillism. This technique was developed by two French artists: Georges Seurat and Paul Signac . The distinct feature is the application of small dots of color to form the image in patterns. This technique started a new movement – Neo-impressionism.
French artist, who is called the “father of impressionism”. Our experienced artist and instructor Jana Komaritsa will tell you everything about the materials for painting, will show the basic principles of mixing and applying paints and guide you through all the main stages of creating a painting in this techniques. Please bring a photo of the landscape you would like to paint to the class. If you don’t have a photo, there will be photos available at the class. All materials will be provided. No painting experience required
